Monthly Subscriptions
▸All monthly subscription charges are final and non-refundable
▸You may cancel at any time — billing stops immediately after cancellation
▸Access continues until the end of your paid billing period
▸After the period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan
▸Unused days within a billing cycle are not refunded
Exceptional Circumstances
We handle edge cases on a case-by-case basis. If any of the following apply, reach out and we'll make it right:
▸Duplicate charges or billing errors on our end
▸You were charged after submitting a cancellation request
▸A significant service outage during your billing period (evaluated individually)

Cancellations
Monthly plans (Starter · Pro)
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to free. No further charges.
Annual plans (if offered)
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund for remaining unused months. Contact us within 30 days of your annual renewal to discuss.
When Refunds Are Not Available

▸Cases of documented misuse or fraud
▸Requests citing dissatisfaction alone — please contact us before cancelling so we can help
